When Values Conflict

Hello, I am Joel Ingram, and this is "Crisis to Crushin' It" Podcast.

Let’s dive into this week’s talk, and help to:

1. Increase perspective.

2. Expand perception.

3. Allow you to change your reality.

Solo, episode where I share some things I have going on in my life, around frustration and feeling lost, and how I process them. Our ability to retain a state of curiosity about our circumstances allows us to creatively engage in solving it.

The other option is to sit in it and wallow, and change nothing, that’s what I used to do.

Remember transformational change comes from changing how you deal with the situations you want to change.

I would like to wish all my listeners a very Happy and Prosperous New Year, may your 2020 know no bounds.

Thank you for listening today and supporting the show this year.

I hope you enjoyed it!

My name is Joel Ingram,

I am a certified NLP Coach.

Who feel stuck and unfulfilled with aspects of life,
