Whats Your Body Trying To TELL you?

Hello, I am Joel Ingram and this is Crisis to Crushin’ It Podcast.

Let's dive into this week's talk and help to:

1.    Increase perspective

2.    Expand Perception

3.    Allow you to change your reality.

Been another interestingly busy and thought-provoking week.

This week has been a culmination of what I have been mulling over the last few weeks/months,

As I have navigated the different trials that have come my way.

It's odd, to look back on an episode 3 weeks past, to see what was going on for me then.

In the process of stepping back and assessing.

The assessments having been made and the subsequent changes implemented, my body this week has felt like the wheels have come, which is crazy as that is exactly what happened with my bike, lol.

I was forced to slow, which has been difficult with my natural default to want to get to the end point as quickly as possible. I was obviously not paying attention, to the smaller messages I was being sent.

One of my daily affirmations is: “Everything is always working out for me”, another is “I know when I am aligned”, this only occurring to me on reflection?

The only way I may understand that I am not aligned is by how I feel physically, which is impacted by the Emotionally/Mentally/Spiritual bodies too.

Your body is a beautiful, amazing complex system. I think I am going to listen more intently to the messages it sends me.

I’ll keep you updated of this journey I’m on.

Thanks for listening today.

What did you find most useful?

Which actionable information will you utilise TODAY?

OR,

Will you keep things as they are?

If you're inspired to help others, Can i ask you to bring 1 listener to the show? This helps to grow the community and find the ears of those who may need the message, to not give up, keep moving forward no matter the speed and KNOW settling is not a choice which leads to fulfilment.

Stay Strong,

Joel

This podcast will help people to understand how the stories we tell ourselves are the chains of the fence that keep us restrained. It is for those who feel lost or have become acutely aware that their time is running out, that their life is not how they had envisaged it. Yet have decided to act and pursue the change they want to see in their lives. With guests sharing their stories, of their trials and tribulations, and their desire to overcome, to achieve what they wanted. How the mediocrity is insidious. How challenge and obstacles are opportunities to live and growIt is the perception of your reality that governs the perspective towards your life.My hope is that this podcast will:1. Increase perspective.2. Expand perception.3. Allow you to change your reality.
