Jon is a Performance Coach assisting Veteran Officers FIND a New Life PURPOSE.

He helps Male Veteran Officers who left the military at least 2 years ago currently struggling in the corporate world and want to find out their life purpose and how to execute it.

He was released early from his dream job as a Royal Marines Officer, he tried to make it in the Corporate world but inside he was crushed. Married with 3 children he tried to remain strong for his family BUT he had lost his purpose. So, he went on a mission to find his purpose, reignite his passion and get his life back.

He founded ‘The Elite Civilian Academy’ on a mission to serve veteran officers providing specialist performance coaching. The result his clients receive are a new life purpose with a plan to execute it.

He feels many Veteran Officers feel unfulfilled, unchallenged or lost in their current corporate roles. They will often find that they are changing jobs too frequently or looking for the next THING in the hope their life will change or improve. Some of you have issues of low self-worth as your identity was heavily tied to the military. Without this identity they suffer from a loss of purpose and are just showing up in life without a clear target, direction yet hoping for change. Others suffer from the condition ‘I am the provider’, thinking they cannot change things because it would bring financial uncertainty.
