Jason Palmer, From Tragedy Will Emerge a Greater Meaning
Hello, I am Joel Ingram, and this is "Crisis to Crushin' It" Podcast.
Let’s dive into this week’s talk, and help to:
1. Increase perspective.
2. Expand perception.
3. Allow you to change your reality.
Jason Palmer is a husband to one woman, father to 7 kids, dad to a couple dozen more. He is also a blacksmith, and recent contestant on TV Show "Forged in Fire",
truck driver, veteran, and part time (and completely unqualified) psychologist.
Right now, he is on a road of self-discovery. Attempting to find the best version of himself, so that he can lead his own children to a place where they can find meaning in their own lives.
Within the space of 9 months he witnessed the death of his father AND daughter, which he is learning to process.Though he has a sense that from tragedy will emerge a greater meaning.
He believes failure is not an option. You either succeed or learn how to do it better, and sometimes the latter is the better of the two options.
In his journey as a foster family he has witnessed the suffering of innocent children. Horrific suffering, that would turn any adult into a bitter, angry soul - and these young souls have shown a resilience beyond anything he thought possible.
