Anthony Astbury of the Wholeman Academy, Helping Men to do life better!

Hello, I am Joel Ingram and this is Crisis to Crushin’ It Podcast.

Let's dive into this week's talk and help to:

  1. Increase perspective
  2. Expand Perception
  3. Allow you to change your reality.

This week on the show I have Anthony Astbury, who is the CEO and co-founder of the Whole Man Academy.

In 2016 Anthony left a 20 year career working as a trader and broker in the city of London, to go off in search of a life with more fulfillment and impact. The journey of self-improvement and personal discovery led him to specialise in coaching men to master their mindset, at work and play, and live an outstanding lifestyle.

In 2018 he co-founded the Whole Man Academy alongside BBC news editor Matthew Shaw.  The Whole Man Academy is a fresh new initiative designed to get men talking – it’s like a living, breathing magazine for men. It was set up to help men do life better and get their priorities sorted. In April 2020 the WMA welcomed style icon David Gandy, one of the most influential men on the planet, as it’s first global ambassador. The Whole Man Academy connects with men through live and online events, a popular podcast, weekly newsletters, social media, and online courses.

Anthony is also the host of the Whole Man Academy podcast, a series of interviews with inspiring men and women from all walks of life, whose stories and strategies empower listeners to cope with the stresses of modern life and to become better men.

With a great team around him, Anthony is intent on growing the Whole Man Academy to reach more men and help them to become more resilient, more confident and to do life better.

This podcast will help people to understand how the stories we tell ourselves are the chains of the fence that keep us restrained. It is for those who feel lost or have become acutely aware that their time is running out, that their life is not how they had envisaged it. Yet have decided to act and pursue the change they want to see in their lives. With guests sharing their stories, of their trials and tribulations, and their desire to overcome, to achieve what they wanted. How the mediocrity is insidious. How challenge and obstacles are opportunities to live and growIt is the perception of your reality that governs the perspective towards your life.My hope is that this podcast will:1. Increase perspective.2. Expand perception.3. Allow you to change your reality.
